Our Fees

Ellija Capital Management, LLC is a fee-based advisor. We believe this approach helps to reduce or eliminate conflicts of interest that are possible in a typical commission-based structure. This allows us to focus on your best interests at all times.

Investment Management

Our annual advisory fees are based on the total assets under management with our firm. They percentage is based on the following schedule:
  • 1.6% for assets up to $50,000
  • 1.2% for assets between $50,001 to $75,000
  • 1.0% for assets between $75,001 to $750,000
  • .84% for assets between $750,001 to $1,000,000
If your assets under management exceeds $1,000,000, the advisory fee will be negotiated prior to you becoming a client.

Consulting

We provide consulting services at a rate of $150 per hour. We will provide an estimate for total hours required before any work begins.
Consulting services includes, but is not limited to: retirement planning, educational planning, investment planning, asset allocation, or income distribution planning.
